New electives to cover change management, leading teams

California State University Fullerton's Mihaylo College of Business and Economics (CSUF) has launched a new MBA concentration in Organizational Leadership, according to the school's website.

New new concentration is available to students in the school's Flexible MBA program, and covers a variety of topics related to leadership and organizational dynamics. Classes in the new concentration include "Leadership Dynamics," "Leadership Power and Influence," "Organizational Development," and "Team Leadership Skills."
