I`m a student from germany. I just started to write my diplma thesis and will finish my studies at the beginning of the next year.After my studies I would like to attend a 1-year MBAprogram in the USA. Which programs doesn`t require work experience or no more than 1 year??

I would recommend that you start by searching this forum for previous posts - there were a lot of posts about it in the past, and im sure you will find some answers.

but in general, i have to say that most good MBA programs will require work experience of at least 2-3 years....

Speaking as someone who did 4 degrees consecutively without a break, I'd recommend taking some time out after university anyway!
