Reputable MBA without a degree

FM1

Hi everyone

I am in my late 30s and have been working in Project and Programme Management for over 16 years now. I don't have a degree but was able to work my way up to a Director position through a lot of hard work and graft. However, I feel like I've now hit a ceiling and am limited in career options and progression as I never obtained a degree.

Are there any reputable MBA programmes that accept candidates who do not have a degree and based on work experience only? I am looking to complete a CMI/OTHM/Qualifi/Pearson Btec Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership to help strengthen my case, but not sure if its worth doing as they are only accepted at lower tier universities.

Why not take the UoL BSc in management taught by the LSE?

Otherwise the Open University is a good option. With strong work experience many UK universities are flexible. My brother just graduated from AMBS without a degree.

I'm a bit stretched on time. I've resigned from my job and given myself 12 - 18 months tops to complete an academic qualification. Getting a bachelors will take too long so I'm trying to jump ahead to a Masters.

Do you know if its possible to obtain a Masters and transfer credits to obtain a Bachelors?

You can't transfer credits that have been counted toward a qualification.
