What are your goals?
Warwick is obviously the better school, being ranked by the FT in both the MiF and MiM rankings, unlike Trinity.
The MSc at Trinity is at a higher level and has CFA recognition. It seems like an excellent choice for a corporate finance role. While Trinity doesn't have the strong careers services of Warwick, the two year work permits are guaranteed in Ireland, unlike in the UK.
