have received offers for MSc Corporate Finance from Cass and MSc Finance and Management from Cranfield. I've read plenty of posts, and all seem to juggle between which of these 2 are better.
Who can give a proper break down and distinction between these two?
A little bit of background on me: I've completed my undergrad and post-grad honours in Finance & Management and Financial Accounting. I'm also a registered Chartered Accountant with 4 years work experience and I'm currently a senior AVP at a UK Investment Bank. I am however interested in Corporate Finance (M&A, PE, VC, Corporate deals).
Ps. I've also applied to Oxford (Said), Cambridge (Judge) and LBS. I scored relatively well on my Gmat (710) and with strong work experience I think that I might get an offer from at least one of these three. However with the extremely high costs involved with these 3, I'm not sure if it will be possible to go any of them.

Cranfield is much better for almost all variables, considering these data: http://rankings.ft.com/businessschoolrankings/masters-in-finance-pre-experience-2013

Wow, that Cranfield program actually looks pretty good, with salaries pretty much competitive with the Oxford MSc program.
