Take a look at Warwick. I believe they have a MBA program geared towards green/sustainable energy. I don't know much details on it but maybe someone else does.

I think Warwick's program is focused on the whole energy industry, not just 'green' energy. And I think it's part-time. There was an interview with the geezer who runs the program if you scroll down on the Warwick profile.
To be honest, though, I would be surprised if there's any top MBA program in Europe and the UK that's not offering at least a few courses in this area (or student associations and so on)
There is a global ranking floating around out there called 'Beyond Grey Pinstripes' for sustainability oriented programs. That might give you some leads as well.

Have a look at these articles(if you haven't yet), as they might help you find the right school:

http://www.find-mba.com/article/296/will-the-financial-crisis-kill-the-good-corporate-citizen
and i agree with Alan - almost every good b school in europe will have some electives concerning this subject in their program.

The best is definitely the One Planet MBA offered by Exeter University. It's developed with WWF.
