I have read the post, thank you for the information.

Consider the schools in the bottom half of this list - https://find-mba.com/board/general-forum/best-mbas-for-international-students-placement-35651 - from RSM downwards.

You'll need to narrow your career goals.
Focus on one country (probably one where you already speak the language) and think about where you want to end up, in terms of industry and functional area.
You could also think about specific companies / firms that you'd like to work in.
Come back here with this info and you'll probably get more help.

Yea you are right I need to think about my career goals. I am thinking of going into supply chain or operations at the management level. I will probably only consider programs in Canada or Australia based on the language issue, if you have any good options for MBA programs in those areas?

If you’ve scored 640 on the GMAT, by many indications, you have done well. A 640 on the GMAT means that you have outscored the majority of test-takers, coming in at the 68th percentile. This bodes well if you are interested in applying to a decent MBA program.
