Hello Group members!
I have 8 years of experience, in Power Sector, i have started my career in july 2008, with Siemens, as GTE( Graduate Trainee Engineer) for Engineering & Commissioning profile for DCS Automation. For 3.5 years, i was into this profile, and later on i moved on to Bid Management & Sales for Electrical & Automation solutions, and since then i am handling Bidding for DCS(Distributed Control System) & Excitation Systems ( Both Static & Brushless) for power plant applications. This profile involves technical and Commercial review of tender documents, preparing system configuration for offered solution, and based on BOM(Bill of Material) doing costing for the Projects, considering risks( currency risk, Project Execution risk & Technical risk), we quote to the respective customer's
Now as Sr. Executive in this firm i believe i need to enhance my educational qualifications so as to advance in career growth. Hence kindly suggest what growth path should i follow

Your future could have many paths. I don't think an MBA is energy is the only way forward. Start from your goals and values and work backwards from there. Perhaps work with a careers counsellor?
