With only one year of work experience you won't be eligible to apply for the best European luxury MBAs (ESSEC, SDA Bocconi, etc.)
However, you might check out some business schools that offer masters in management programs with an emphasis in luxury. For instance:
IUM (International University of Monaco) has an MSc track in Luxury Goods & Services
Grenoble has an MSc in Fashion, Design, and Luxury Management (which includes an internship)
Skema offers an MSc Luxury and Fashion Management
Emlyon has an MSc in Luxury Management & Marketing
You can do some of your own research to find others. I don't know much about the luxury market in India. I would think that the luxury companies there would like to hire people who have experience in European luxury firms, so an internship or project in one of these firms would be key.

Good advice from Ezra. I'd add that many of these MSc's actually have internships as part of the programs: Skema and Emlyon do, I know that much. And these internships can be fairly substantial: it's between 4-6 months at Skema, for instance.
