I have completed my BA LLB in 2018 with 55% and LLM this year with 68%. Have a good relevant experience in the synergy of law and management. If I score well on GMAT, can I be admitted to MBA programs offered in Canadian Universities?

Yes. The above average schools, generally, will require more work experience for their MBA but could admit you to their masters in management. The below average schools require less or no work experience.

I am doing research as well, but would you mind sharing names of universities you recommend?

Take a look at the Ediniversal ranking for Canada. I can't really recommend a specific programme without knowing your goal.
