Would studying in Germany open doors in all German speaking countries?

Considering that getting an MBA abroad usually ties you in to that particular country in terms of good work opportunities, I was curious if studying at an institution such as Frankfurt School in Germany would open doors also to Austria and (German speaking) Switzerland. Any thoughts on this? Cheers.

No, i think language skills will matter more than the degree. Also, graduates in a country normally have better visa rights.
