Hi,
So I've been considering getting an MBA with a focus on supply chain, where I have 5 years of experience (31 yo, male from South America), degree in Engineering. I'd like to study in Europe, though I'm not certain exactly where yet, but would love to hear of any recommendations. I keep finding recommendations for the US, such as Purdue and Rutgers, but not so much info for Europe.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

In Europe, a strong masters degree in SCM will be an MSc rather than an MBA. Look at the MBA Scale partners in Spain and Luxembourg.
