IB in Switzerland

I've been looking into University of St Gallen as I'd love the idea of living in Switzerland. The employment rates naturally show very high numbers in pharma/healthcare. There's not a lot of info regarding investment banking. Would this be a sound choice? Switzerland has a strong industry but I'd love to know if St Gallen excels in this area or is highly regarded. Any comments appreciated!

Assuming your written and spoken German are at a professional level prior to the MBA, it's an excellent choice.

Thank you. Luckily I attended a German speaking school in my home country. Will only need to slowly learn the dialect, which I'm aware will be a massive challenge.

Depending on your age and overall profile but in short:
IB feeders for Switzerland are naturally i) the top local school (HSG - St Gallen but only SPECIFIC MiMs and NOT the MBA) ii) the top regional schools from the DACH + IT/FR region (for IB: WHU / Mannheim / FSFM / WU Vienna /HEC Paris/ Bocconi/...) and iii) the top global schools MBA / MiM (MBA Europe: Big 3 - LBS, Insead, IESE - M7 / T15 in US, ...).

MBA in Switzerland is a bit more tricky as you´d have IMD but they are not IB focused.

If you have a more specific question I may be able to guide you in a more specific way.
