I have 11+ yrs experience in Shell, also having engineering degree in Mechanical engineering. Now i want to do an EMBA from Dubai. There are many options such as:

1. Cass Business School.
2. Manchester Business School.
3. Hult International Business School.
4. Bradford University School of Management.
5. Strathclyde Business School.

- EMBA of which business school would be beneficial for my career progression considering my working experience?
- Post EMBA job opportunities of which business school is good in UAE/ Gulf as i want to make a career in gulf region?
- Reputation of which of the above business school is good in the region and in the rest of the world?
- Which business school is good if I want to do my personal business in the gulf region/ Dubai?
- Which of the above business school is good in ROI as fee of Cass and Hult is very high?

Need expert and professional opinion/ advise.

I have MSc degree in science from University of Tehran and I cannot pay for that course since I am unemployed.

I live near to the knowledge village so decided above options...strathclyde, HULT, Cass, London Busines school are suiting to me because of BUDGET

Don't even consider Middlesex. It doesn't have meaningful international accreditation.

i have 4 years of work exp..and am currently working in a sales role in Dxb....have decided on the Bradford MBA Part-time program, Sept 2013...am going to give my IELTS in March....just wanted to know :

1. How hectic is the program...in terms of content and difficulty ? (I havent studied a word since i did my B.Tech in 2008)
2. How are the distance learning modules ?...they have a few 2/3 compulsory modules to be done through distance learning...
3. Do they have placemements/career fairs/do they provide assistance in getting jobs ?
4. How strict are they on attendance ? My job involves a lot of travelling...
5. I did not see any mention on presentations in the program...only a final management project..do we have regular presentations ?
6. How is the faculty ? Are they helpful ? Open to questions ?
7. I am looking for a change in profile....i have done my PMP....looking to move into operations/PM...will doing a MBA help ?

The Bradford program in Dubai is actually an EMBA, and as such it is geared more for people who want to remain on their current career path than those who want to shift industries. That said, it still could suit your goals, but I'd try to have a chat with Bradford's career services to get a sense of what your post-graduation options would be.

You might want to also look into the SP Jain Global MBA program, which is aimed more at people who do want to transition their career. You get time in Dubai, but you also go to Singapore and Sydney as well. Plus, there's a logistics and supply chain management concentration that might be relevant for you.

I have received green light from CASS to join their EMBA program starting this March. The total fee for the program is GBP 35,000. My aim was to write GMAT and to take full time MBA from Europe. However, it may require at least a year of serious preparation and the necessity to take a break from current profession. The interesting part of their admission process is their initial assessment methodology. My application was rejected twice earlier at the time when other top schools in UAE were accepting it. Can anyone share your thoughts about this program?

Does this CASS - EMBA program have good reputation around the market (especially in ME)?
Does the post grad prospects are in proportion with the fee of the program?
How the study models of EMBA differ with that of a part time MBA?

I?d really appreciate if anyone can give away the contact details of an alumnus.

EMBA programmes generally are for people already in work who are not looking for traditional MBA career services. The students accelerate in their current career paths or become enterpreneurs. The courses are typically more intensive than on a part-time MBA. The school can connect with alumni.

Cass is the good programme, but a full-time programme in Europe may fit your goals more closely. It's not too late for entry in September at schools ranked 50 to 100, which are still quite good.

The INSEAD and LBS programmes are clearly the strongest.

Cass is also a good school, but not quite on the level of LBS.

By the way, don't put Cass in capital letters. It's a person's name, not a set of initials.

manchester fee is Rs 25000 in uk currency. if you take quick admission they will also give you few discount

oh thay are increased fees again. Few time ago it was only 25000, but now also it is lower than cass
