The students of the Executive MBA (EMBA) in the university will acquire a series of skills which will enable them to propose solutions to the complex problems of a business, particularly in Colombia. The key aspects of these programs are: decision-making, efficient team work, constructive leadership, negotiation and the management of change.

The EMBA Program recognizes that the interaction between teaching staff and students is a fundamental element in the active learning process which is systematically built around the experiences of those involved. This is made more dynamic by the use of different methods which include analysis and discussion of Colombian and foreign case studies, workshops, lectures, problem based learning, outdoor training, the preparation and presentation of papers, and intensive team work with individual accompaniment by the teaching group.
