The MBA as a full time program is designed to provide students the opportunity of having a personal formation which will enable them to perform the basic tasks, such as discovering opportunities and problems, interacting effectively in different contexts, directing collective management through the administration of resources of all kinds and being creative in the management and solution of problems.

In order to generate an environment which will stimulate these objectives, we aim to form a group of aspiring students belonging to a number of different disciplines from their undergraduate studies, who have in the course of their employment found a need to be managers, but have not been prepared to be so.

Through self-knowledge, team work, the acquisition of knowledge in functional areas of administration and the development of management skills, we aim to encourage students to take up the challenge of reshaping their careers, or complementing their fields of action, such that at the end of the course they will be able to manage all kinds of organizations or start up new businesses.
