The Reykjavik University MBA is an intensive two-year general management program with dual focus – firstly on rigorous training in all aspects of business administration and secondly on developing personal capabilities to make participants effective leaders, innovators and entrepreneurs. A new generation of leaders need both technical business skills and the ability to achieve results in a multicultural setting.
