As the region's leading provider of executive level academic education, the Cave Hill School of Business is in the business of developing leaders. As the organisation's flagship programme, the EMBA is intended for experienced executives who have the determination and focus to succeed, and who want to maximise their development opportunities. It is a two-year highly participative and intensive programme being offered both face-to-face and online. This format allows participants to study while continuing their careers wherever they are based in the world.

The EMBA places strong emphasis on group learning, teamwork and skill development, to equip its graduates with the competencies to meet the challenges of business in today's environment. Within each class or cohort, participants get to share experiences with a peer group of the highest calibre, whose diversity and maturity add to the programme's distinctive edge. With over a decade of experience, this programme gives participants the opportunity to explore the latest management thinking, acquire knowledge and skills in all areas of general management and gain insight into specialist areas through a wide-ranging portfolio of courses.

In 2006 we launched the first Online and Distance Learning (ODL) cohort of the EMBA programme where CHSB's vision for networking amongst our participants across the region, was realized.

Currently, we offer over forty (40) courses at the MBA level in three (3) concentrations.
