Provide students with various international learning opportunities or in-depth knowledge of Accounting/Finance, depending on the student†choice of track
Improve students†international competence

Through various institutional learning measures and degree requirements, KUBS has been ensuring that undergraduate students complete the requirements that meet undergraduate educational standards.

Innovative teaching methods and learning process
A diversity of delivery formats for teaching and learning is used across KUBS and within programs. These include conventional classroom lectures, seminars, discussion-focused lectures, lab courses, field studies, and special lectures, internships, on-line lectures, and independent studies.
The curriculum includes a Group Project Course, in which a group of students are matched with a faculty member for a rigorous learning experience. Students are expected to develop and carry out a relevant business project assignment under the supervision of the faculty member. This group activity enhances the student†logical reasoning and application ability of management knowledge to real business settings.

Innovative course design
KUBS takes an innovative approach to undergraduate lectures. Recent developments include 21C Right Management-Value Management, Global CEO Special Lecture Series, International Cyber Lecture, International Internship Program, and New Trends in Marketing, Online Consumer Behavior.

Global CEO Special Lecture†is a course conducted by guest business CEOs to provide opportunities for students to learn about their businesses and personal experiences. Participating students in this course can have opportunities to understand the reality of particular corporations and industries in depth and learn what it takes to succeed as the global business leaders.

21C Right Management-Value Management†has been created with rising concerns over the social responsibilities of business, business ethics and global standards. Adjunct professor or special lecturers in each class delivers his or her own experiences, industry case studies and opinion based on the topic of management focusing on ethics and values.

KUBS provides students with ample opportunities to learn from industry experts throughout the year. KUBS has appointed professional business persons with outstanding social achievements and respectable personality as adjunct professors. Adjunct professors conduct various kinds of lectures including formal curriculums and provide opportunities for students to learn practical knowledge on business and build connections with corporate and social leaders.
This list of experts appointed as adjunct professors reflects the effort of KU to establish the best educational environment in quality.
