Pupil once graduates through this program remain enrolled with Executive Development Center throughout. From time to time, they are given opportunities to attend seminars, workshops, short certificate courses as part of continued professional development theme of the center.
 
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

 

A one-year degree program prepares you to take a leap in your career in the corporate world. Philosophy behind the program is the sustainable behavioral change that brings a complete different spectrum of life to the graduates. It focuses on the theme of Continued Professional Development. Its cutting edge curricula, innovative delivery style, the professional teachers and the ease and flexibility of the program, adjusted to business executives busy life and transform them, seemingly effortlessly, into professional business executives. To spice up, the option is there to take an additional semester, to specialize in any field of offering. Specializations include: Banking and Finance, Islamic Banking, Marketing and Advertising, Corporate Finance & Treasury Management, MIS, Health Management and Human Resource Management. The focus of the entire program is to bring sustainable behavioral change. The case study is used as main pedagogical method, though other conservative modes are also used as and when considered appropriate. Emphasis is laid on paradigm shift in the thought process of the future business leaders. The specialization are to be chosen from the MBA program.

The program standards are controlled and monitored by the Executive Development Center. EDC on the one hand harnesses with industry for the relevance of courses and on the other hand lures business gurus of yesteryears to our classrooms. This is one reason that this program is popular with our pupil and is rated very high in the Industry.
