Flexibility
Courses are offered on a trimester basis and may be completed in 12 months full-time or two-years part-time. Students may also switch between full-time and part-time study.
A selection of study modes
- Weekly face-to-face sessions (typically 3 hours per week).
- Evenings or weekend classes.
- Fully online courses for those too busy to attend lectures.
- Intensive mode (36 hours of instruction over the duration of 5 consecutive days)
Excellent teaching and learning
All teaching faculty on the MBA have previously worked in business and many continue to hold appointments in industry. Our academics are also highly active researchers, consultants and expert learning facilitators.
A choice of units and specialisations
A wide range of optional units are offered including units in leadership, future studies, procurement and business process improvement. Students have the opportunity to pursue specialisations in human services, marketing or strategic procurement.
Theoretical and practical focus
Theoretical learning is combined with hands on project work as well as regular interaction with business leaders via industry visits, invited lecturers and the Business Leaders Seminar Series.

The MBA is aimed at senior and middle managers in leadership and administrative roles. Within the classroom you will meet friends and colleagues. Curtin Business School's alumni chapter also provides useful professional business links.
