Executive MBA
Nottingham University Business School offers a top-quality Executive MBA with an excellent reputation at a competitive price. Participants typically have at least five years of management experience; the average is more than ten years.

The Executive MBA is available to:
  • Individual applicants
  • Applicants sponsored by companies
  • Companies or organisations that want to develop a customised programme through a formal partnership with the Business School
The programme aims to develop:
  • Conceptual and analytical competence to plan and manage growth
  • Understanding of the dynamics of organisations
  • Ability to work with others to achieve successful change
  • General management perspective on the functions of a business
  • Sound up to date knowledge of business operations
  • Practical skills to manage a business
The Executive MBA offers exceptional flexibility:
  • Modules completed in self-contained, one-week blocks
  • Between two and four years to complete
  • Option to vary the number of modules taken each year to suit your commitments
Executive MBA Structure
  • Twelve, one-week block modules: seven core modules, plus five elective modules and a Management Project
Modules normally take place in January, April, July, and September. Accommodation is available in local hotels or on campus.

Partial bursaries are available for applicants from the not for profit sector.

Executive MBA (Corporate Social Responsibility)
The first MBA of its kind in Britain focusing on socially responsible business.
Executive MBA (Health Care)
The Executive MBA (Health Care) programme structure and content is the same as the Executive MBA but provides a focus by providing two further core health care specialist modules, Commissioning and Service Redesign and Ethics, Governance and Risk.

Companies with employees on the Executive MBA have included:
Bank of England, British Telecom plc, The Boots Company plc, Capital One, Experian, Ford Motor Company, Frankfurt Airport (Fraport), Marconi, MK International Ltd., NatWest Bank, and Rolls Royce.
