Henley P5 Distance Learning MBA

What You Study
The Henley MBA is an intense and rewarding experience.  It will offer new opportunities for some; it will hone fitness for senior leadership roles for other; but for everyone it will challenge thinking about business and the practical art of management for everyone.

As a student, you will earn very meaningful insights by doing.  And your experience, other people’s perspectives and academic thinking are the stimuli for thrilling discussion that help you understand today’s intricate corporate world.

The Henley MBA is a journey in three equal stages.  The first relates to the management of an organisation, focusing on the dynamics of management and specific areas of management – people, performance, processes, systems, projects and finance.  The second stage relates to business choices – a critical aspect in every manager’s life, presenting to you insights in global business, strategic marketing, corporate finance and governance as well as strategic direction.  The third and last stage of the journey will help transform you into a manager who makes a difference.  Here you deal with leadership, change, reputation and relationships as well as how, as a manager, you build knowledge and apply it in a management role.

During the second and third stages, you will also be required to undertake one additional elective module per stage.  You may choose from an array of elective subjects for which you will be required to present your ideas and understanding in the form of a report, answering questions as set out by leading academics working at Henley .  Your work will be independently assessed and moderated by international business and academic leaders who form Henley ’s world class team.

During each stage, you will also be required to sit for an examination that relates to a real life situation in business and how you, as a Henley MBA can distinguish yourself.
