I am a Hult alum and can tell you that it is head and shoulders better than Suffolk and UMass. This is reflected in their relative rankings. Sun May 17, 2009 11:30 AM Whether it is right for you is harder to tell. What are you trying to achieve from your MBA beyond a decent job? Hult's strength is its international student body. So if you are interested in an international career it is probably second only to INSEAD. If you are a US citizen and only interested in working in the US then you aren't likely to value the global nature of the student body and the program. It may even get tiring to be in the minority as a native english speaker (the vast majority of Hult students speak English as a second language). |

Hi,Mon May 18, 2009 06:20 AM I would prefer Suffolk University, because at least it has a graduate assistanship offer, which is great.. And besides, personally, I prefer a complete university over a very specialized business school.. That's just my opinion.. But if you want a truly international institution, Hult is very strong in that area; just check their website. |

Hi Ibanker and Eurospec.Tue May 19, 2009 07:14 AM - Thanks for the valuable feedback guys. Actually though I have plans for my future and reason behind MBA (especially from US university, for international exposure) :- the major reason of my concern is the current market situation for people like me who has to take huge loan (min 20 lk) and look for change in career post MBA . I hv heard that Hult program is for highly experience people who would rather return back to their business than looking for new jobs. I would like to know is it true and with mere 3 years of experience will i be in any sort of competition with rest .... ? Also, with H1B reduction, and economy turmoil, will 1 year be safe over 2 years ? Kindly share your thoughts on same too..... |

Personally, I would choose a two-year program, because you can take more classes and at the same time, have aan internship.Wed May 20, 2009 12:54 AM With the current economy, it's really difficult to predict, but I guess that really depends on how you feel. |
