I can't tell you about the fees, but I know this school very well and it is simply great (good faculty, nice people, accredited)! However, you have to like Scandinavian winters... ;-)Sat Sep 27, 2008 08:15 PM Best, JL |

This is true that UMEA has no tuition fee, this is because the education in Sweden is funded by the government..

Well this is not a general rule, when I think that the tuition for SSE MBA is Euro 30.000 ..Sun Nov 16, 2008 04:54 PM ssemba.sse.edu/text.asp?pageID=46 |

It's also worth noting that most Swedish students finance their living costs and other expenses through taking out a government loan. These, however, are not available to international students. Bear in mind that the cost of living in Sweden is relatively high, at least as compared with many other European countries.

Im im senthil 4rm india..Im an engg. Graduate...Most of the swedish universities are tuition free..The reason behind is the swedish govt. Is funding for education institute..Especially to attract people from india & pakistan they are offering a lot of schlorships (e.g pakistan overseas scholarship, swedish scholarship, eramus mundas scholarship..etc..) moreover students from india & pakistan does not need to take TOFEL or IELTS ...The only big disadvantages is cost of living is very high (about 8000 kronas/month) if money is not an big issue you can very well try it.The admission is held through the swedish official website www.studera.nu
