The short answer is that it isn't, and Hull University is not particularly respected in the UK, let alone Europe and the world. However, the business school has, as you say, just got double accreditation, and it looks like it's trying to make its mark despite being comparatively new and suffering from a fairly significant degree of geographical (to which I might add cultural and economic) isolation.
