Hi everyone,

I got accepted at Barcelona Business School for a Master in Marketing Management. Does anyone have any information about the Barcelona Business School and its reputation? How are their facilities? I'm pleased about any information I can get!

The information helps me a lot! As it sounds Barcelona Business School is not the best place to do a high quality Master! Any additional information on this topis is appreciated.

Hi Hanss

If Barcelona was on my list of cities, I would definitely go check it out and visit the schools that I apply for so that I would have a better idea of what it's all about.
Honestly, to me it seems like a good school and a nice program, but I will be studying in Italy next year! No Barcelona for me :)

I think it is a good idea to visist because in Italy I had the chance to talk to some students and to the administration when i was there. This is something you can’t find out on the internet…

Hello,
I have almost the same problem,i am looking for an MBA for eg.the eu-university in barcelona,In a way catherine is right ,i mean i have talked with the the people from the admission of the office from the eu-university there are friendly and nice,but it is most important to have a look on the whole program,eg :how it is recognized internationally,are they positioned in a ranking,..
To find a right school for the MBA is very hard,in my case i have to make a decision about the eu-university and the business school strathclyde in glasgow.Combining all the factors which i have listed above ,it seems to be maybe glasgow..

I'm going to say this to you, not because I take objection to your post - far from it, we need more people opening up discussions and getting away from hopelessly vague question - but rather in the hope that everyone who comes on here asking for rankings will take note:

Good luck with your decision - I know how hard it can be! Have you tried searching the Discussion Board for threads related to Barcelona and Glasgow? I know they've both come up a few times. Maybe not in direct comparison, but there could be something there which will be of help.

Hi David,

I don't remember coming across the EU University ranked anywhere, but Strathclyde appears a few times in the relevant rankings, so even if ranking is just one aspect, these programs don't seem to be the same league.

You will see, the latter has been discussed many times on this board, judging from the general interest for both MBAs, EU-University really looks like a second choice.

Tahnk you for your post,Yes I know all the discussion about rankings,programs,reputation,..barcelona or glasgow...at least it is very confusing in order to find the right university or the right program for your future carreer,because a MBA with a good reputation costs a lot of money,so i am trying do find the pros and cons for the decision.Now i am thinking to go to glasgow because ,first of all ,of their reputation.
