low gpa admission for 1-year mba

Hi!

I completed and earned my undergraduate degree of B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited institution in Turkey. I have five years of project management work experience and two years of this was at overseas posts.

My goal is to get an acceptance for and to attend one-year full time mba program in us. However, my GPA from B.Sc. in Civ.Eng. is only 2.33 out of 4.00.

Most of the mba programs and school websites announces that they apply a threshold of min. 2.75 out of 4.00 as an admission criteria in general as an average.

Any one to advice a program in us for one-year mba that accepts applications compensating low gpa with five years of work experience and possibly high scores from TOEFL&GMAT.

Your co-operation shall be appreciated.
Thanks.

You can contact me and we can talk. We have quite a number of Turkish students in our MBA program. We rarely admit students with below a 2.5 but I can speak with you regarding your specific situation. I'm the Director of the UB/Towson MBA in Baltimore, Maryland. The site is www.ubtowsonmba.com.

I hope to hear from you.

Hi Ron.Let me introduce myself , My Name is Sandeep well from India !!!. I have about 2.5 yrs experience in a US MNC (worked from India) and about a few months of experience in Retail Fashion Management in the Middle East from Bahrain.

I would love to come to the US to get an MBA degree and would hope that I would get a few prospects of settling down and working in the US as well.

Does your university permit the following :

1) Do you assist international students in obtaining scholarships and financial aid ?
2) Do you also assist in placement opportunities once the course has been completed ? Is it easy to get a good job in the US ?
3) Are there any internships available for international students during the term break ?

Thanks Ron

Appreciate a response from your side
