Hi again. Basically once you have an MIB from Grenoble you have a good chance of getting a good job in France. However you MUST have some good work experience and it is very preferable if you have work experience from working in France.

Many people how do this MIB don't find work in France simply because they haven't worked in French or can't speak French.

If you do an internship for 6 months or a year in a French company like Schneider Electric, you will be able to find work full-time in France.

There are lots of opportunities to find an internship in France after doing an MIB because the school has such a good reputation in France. The problem is that internships have a very bad pay in France. There is loads of information about the MIB at Grenoble graudate school of business on a website which was made by a former student:

Hi,

Looking for a job in Europe as an Asian could be very challenging because of two primary reasons: 1) Language Barriers; 2) Work Permit

You need to talk in French professionally in order to secure a job in France. Talking in French professionally can be proven by your ability to lead a discussion or give a presentation in the language. If you could only communicate in English, working in the country or any other countries (except UK) in Europe could be very difficult.

Secondly, you need a work permit. Companies can sponsor for your work permit in Europe, the bigger the company, the more easily they can and willing to do the sponsorship for you. However, you must be able to show to your potential recruiters that there is a reason for them to hire you as an Asian but not other European who graduate from your same schools, or other top business schools in Europe.

To sum up, it is extremely difficult to secure a job in continental Europe (even if you have graduated from top business schools) because of the above two reasons. However, there are successful professionals who did it well.

Wish you best of luck.

Kind regards,
Thomas
