Or at least I didn't find much of use out there. I would start, however, by having a look at this page from the University's website: www.latrobe.edu.au/quality/auqa.htm The relevant section is right down at the bottom. Download the pdf called AUQA Audit report, and read the conclusions on p.3 onwards.
