Hi, Sun Jun 08, 2008 07:03 AM I have been encountered the same question many times before, and I come to the conclusion that non-European wants to do their MBAs in UK because they want to stay there to work after their education. If this being the case, you should be looking at the HSMP scheme. The UK government recognize MBA graduates from the top business schools and allow them to stay in the country to work after their MBA study. Therefore, I suggest you look at the list provided by the UK government under the HSMP scheme to investigate which business schools you should target there. This list is different from the list provided by F.T., EIU and alike. Kind regards, Thomas Advice to new aspiring MBAs – By a MBA (thomaswai.blogspot.com) |

I was not aware that LSE had a business school. I know about their shared executive mba with NYU and HEC. But I can't see how they can rank in a list of business schools. And according to the following link, they definitely do not belong on a list of the best MBAs.: lfylive.lse.ac.uk/lfy/tc/enquiries/enquiry.html?a=…Sun Jun 08, 2008 09:23 PM I sort of wish LSE did have an MBA program - I'd love to go there, especially since LSE is the most recognized English school in America, after Oxford and Cambridge! |
