Hi Momo, Thu Dec 14, 2006 02:45 PM Why don't consider an MBA offering Sports Management as a concentration like University of Florida, Hofstra, GW School of Business and many more? Otherwise the 2 following US schools offer a double degree: - Isenberg School of Management (UMassAmherst) - Ohio University DId you try the research function on find mba? www.find-mba.com/search happy hunting! |

I would also check the University of South Carolina. They have a Master of Sport and Entertainment Management:Sat Dec 16, 2006 08:10 AM www.hrsm.sc.edu/SPTE/graduate/ |

If you want to go to California, San Diego State University offers two MBA programms with concentrations in Sport management, see Mon Dec 18, 2006 04:23 PM www-rohan.sdsu.edu/%7Ecba/grad/majors.html and www-rohan.sdsu.edu/%7Ecba/grad/mba.html But it's not one of the top schools as you might know.. Fri Feb 16, 2007 09:55 PM Hi Momo, Hofstra is now offering an MBA in Sports and Enterainment Mangement. You are so close to NYC with wide career choices after graduation. Also, right across the street from Hofstra a brand new Sports technology complex is going to be build. "This one-of-a-kind facility will host companies and organizations that are focused on all aspects of leading edge sports technology including enhancing human performance, advanced sports health and rehab, equipment R&D, etc. Situated next to the Coliseum and one of the countries largest Athletic complexes, this center is ideally located to test, refine and research all kinds of new products, ideas, sports medicine therapies and breakthroughs. Hofstra University, Nassau Community College and other local colleges and universities will be part of this venture and offer Sports technology curriculums and invaluable internships for students. This center will quickly become the new "Silicon Valley" of sports technology." official link to this development www.lighthouseli.com/sportsCenter.php |
