German MBAs
Sat Sep 27, 2008 08:09 PM Is there anyone here in this board who knows, which MBA programs in Germany have the best reputation internationally, especially in eastern European countries? Thanks Hi there, when you look at the international rankings (FT, America Economia, Which MBA) and the international accreditations Mannheim is definitely the best choice. WHU offers a good quality with its EMBA. HHL and Goethe/Frankfurt are average. GISMA had to face some financial problems, but they are closely linked with Purdue. Beware of the ESMT!!! They have a disastrous image in Germany. They are not internationally accredited (they hardly received an accreditation in Germany), not ranked yet and they have a very small faculty. Articles in the FTD, Spiegel online or Handelsblatt prove that. ESCP-EAP has only a small branch in Germany. Fachhochschulen only offer programs of minor quality, i.e. they are not able to compete in the international market. Hope that helps you. Best, JL |
