Hi, I am in bit of a dilemma. Would like to do my MBA in Canada, I sont have any work experience. Is that a knock-out critera or can I substitute it with good grades or other things? Plz help!

Basically, all universities in Canada require work experience. The only one I can think of who doesnt require without experience is Malaspina University College.

I agree with gaga, work experience is more or less mandatory. I would advise you to try Australia or US. There are some colleges that accept students even without any w experience.

I have a work experience of around 5 Years in the field of information technology and of Indian nationality. Looking for doing MBA in CANADA, can anybody let me know how the job opportunity in CANADA for a foreigner.

D general trend all over the world is that b-schools accept candidates with esp only..however, there is always scope for exceptions. Schools do waive off this..but very rarely..(I don't to give you a wrong ray of hope).
Work ex is almost a prerequisite to apply. ;(
The idea behind the work ex is to make sure that you understand the b-environment n can gel well with the people.
(dat doesn't mean that people w/o work ex can gel well).
