Work experience needed in US MBAs?
I would like to know whether you need to have work experience to enroll in an MBA in the US?? Thanks!

Hi mar, well its a little difficult to asnwer your question in a general manner. Many MBA programs require work experience, but there also enough out there who dont, where did you think of going?

My Plan was to do the MBA in New York, wanted to apply to NYU, Fordham and Columbia..

Yes, I had a similar question as the one posed above. It IS quite a general one, but what how does work experience figure into a top-tier MBA school's admissions decisions. Would something in the ballpark of one or two years of solid work experience be enough to satisfy some of these schools? Thanks!!
