Looking for somebody with information about the MBA programs given in Cairo, Egypt. Some are run by Western schools but which is the best??

The MBA at the German University in Cairo is quite good I believe, it exists since 2001 and is largely funded by the German state as far as I have heard.
Why do want to study in Cairo by the way??
