Mar 6, 2013
The University of Oklahoma's Price College of Business will offer a blended Executive MBA with a focus in energy beginning in 2014.
The bulk of the "Energy Executive MBA Program" will take place in a flexible online format, with three week-long on-campus residency sessions. Curriculum will mix general topics (such as modules in "Marketing Strategy" and "Managerial Economics") with more energy-specific subjects like "Oil and Gas Property and Contracts" and "Energy Policy and Regulations.
The program will take 16 months to complete. To be considered for admission, applicants should have at least eight years of work experience, and have current employment with an energy-related company.
Applications are now being accepted for the first intake, which begins next January.
