University of Washington's Global Business Center Receives $1.55 Million Grant
U.S. Department of Education grant to fund new MBA program featuresMay 18, 2010
The University of Washington Foster School of Business Global Business Center has received a $1.55 million grant from the United States Department of Education.The grant, part of the Department of Education's CIBER fund (Centers for International Business Education and Research,) will allow the Seattle-based Global Business Center to increase its reach by adding events and conferences, as well as funding new features for Foster's MBA programs.
As a result of the grant, MBA students will be able to take advantage of school-sponsored international study trips, global social entrepreneurship competitions, and international case studies.
